Banana Pancakes
Just 1 egg, 1 banana, and 1 TBSP of oats
Yogurt
I like to add fruit, agave, and nuts to plain greek yogurt
Low Carb English Muffin
Just 1 TBSP olive oil or butter, 3 TBSP almond flour, 1/2 TBSP coconut flour, 1/2 TSP baking powder. Microwave for 90 seconds then toast for 2 minutes
Dave’s Killer Bagel and Cream Cheese
A slightly healthier option for carbs!
Protein Shake
Your choice protein powder, almond milk, maybe add yogurt or banana
Lunch

What can I say? I love me some green juice!
Carrot Juice
Carrots, apple, ginger. Maybe pair with some fruit or veggies
Protein Shake
Just a good choice for breakfast or lunch, like a healthy milkshake!
Veggies
Pair your favorite veggies with your favorite dip(I like French onion). Maybe add some fruits to mix it up
Salad
Lettuce, your choice of cheese, your choice of fruit, your choice of dressing
Charcuterie
Cheese, meat. and fruit. What better combo?!
Dinner
Chicken, Veggies, Rice
I marinade the chicken in salad dressing and throw it on my Ninja Foodi Grill with veggies, I pressure cook my rice.
Burger and Veggies
Skip the bun, I’m always looking for a healthy alternative to fries, any suggestions?
Pork, Veggies, Rice
Pressure cooked pork with some sort of sauce, sauteed veggies, pressure cooked rice
